This is the first review I have ever posted and it’s because my experience was so amazing I HAD to let others know! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional quality work - go to Bruno! The owner, Tony, worked with me through a huge plumbing job in my basement, he came out personally to assess the project and even came up with a solution that was much cheaper than what we thought had to be done! He and his team were here for 2 days in a row, Tony communicated with me the entire time, explaining what he was doing and how the project was progressing. My basement is cleaner than what it was before Bruno plumbing came and dug up my basement floor! You would have no idea how complex the job was based on how well they cleaned up and how well done everything was! You can trust this company to be fair and produce high quality work. I will use Bruno for any needs I may have in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE! My sewage line backed up in the middle of the night. I called first thing in the morning, and they were there within a couple hours even with a full schedule since it was an emergency. Tony was very polite and professional and helped ease my mind from thinking the worst. He talked me through everything they did amd showed my what the issues were with their camera. I had service from Bruno several months back, and upon reviewing some of my home documents it reminded me I never left a review. This was without a doubt the most professional, courteous and honest service I have ever received from a contractor or repair company.
