Brandon and his apprentice did an incredible Job with our new electric HVAC system. And… in a very tight closet type spot. Clean, quiet, and very efficient. So glad I don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn my emergency heat on anymore thanks to the system Bruno installed. During the job, I left them alone and they left me alone. I had a very enjoyable experience with Brandon during the estimate as well. Very funny and knowledgeable guy. Bruno seems to only hire quality employees. I have hired them multiple times. This is the first review I have ever posted and it’s because my experience was so amazing I HAD to let others know! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional quality work - go to Bruno! The owner, Tony, worked with me through a huge plumbing job in my basement, he came out personally to assess the project and even came up with a solution that was much cheaper than what we thought had to be done! He and his team were here for 2 days in a row, Tony communicated with me the entire time, explaining what he was doing and how the project was progressing. My basement is cleaner than what it was before Bruno plumbing came and dug up my basement floor! You would have no idea how complex the job was based on how well they cleaned up and how well done everything was! You can trust this company to be fair and produce high quality work. I will use Bruno for any needs I may have in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE! Had 2 local HVAC companies come to help us with a lack of heat upstairs. Both companies needed to ‘order parts’ and ghosted us after and never fixed our issues. Bruno’s came and fixed the issue, showed my husband what went wrong, showed my husband how to bleed our radiators, and didn’t leave until he was sure our heat was working. Recently had a sewage line back up, on a Sunday just a few hours before the Steelers were about to take the field no less! I couldn’t find anyone available to come out until Monday. Luckily I found Bruno plumbing. J.R. was at the door in 30 mins, snaked through the sewer and was able to clear the roots out. Connie was also a pleasure to deal with for scheduling.
