He was recently at my home to replace a toilet, a task that quickly became complicated due to the age of the fixture and the surrounding plumbing. A different company had taken a look and decided the job was too difficult, but Stephen faced the challenge head-on. Instead of backing out, Stephen immediately went to work. He demonstrated outstanding expertise and determination, resolving all the issues and completing the job exactly as we wanted. The quality of his work was so impressive that we immediately called him back to handle a second plumbing project. Stephen's professionalism and skill are exceptional, and what's more, his work was completed for less than half the price of the other company's quote. I only have praise for Bruno Plumbing and Heating. Service was provided the same day I called. Jacob arrived and looked at the plumbing problem I was having. After explaining the problem to me, what it would take to fix it, he quoted a price for the work. Jacob was very friendly, professional in every way. He explained everything he was doing and answered every question I had. His work was impeccable in all aspects and I truly enjoyed talking to him. I will call Bruno's for any plumbing needs I might have in the future. As I said earlier I only have praise for the Bruno Company. Brandon and his apprentice did an incredible Job with our new electric HVAC system. And… in a very tight closet type spot. Clean, quiet, and very efficient. So glad I don’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn my emergency heat on anymore thanks to the system Bruno installed. During the job, I left them alone and they left me alone. I had a very enjoyable experience with Brandon during the estimate as well. Very funny and knowledgeable guy. Bruno seems to only hire quality employees. I have hired them multiple times. This is the first review I have ever posted and it’s because my experience was so amazing I HAD to let others know! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional quality work - go to Bruno! The owner, Tony, worked with me through a huge plumbing job in my basement, he came out personally to assess the project and even came up with a solution that was much cheaper than what we thought had to be done! He and his team were here for 2 days in a row, Tony communicated with me the entire time, explaining what he was doing and how the project was progressing. My basement is cleaner than what it was before Bruno plumbing came and dug up my basement floor! You would have no idea how complex the job was based on how well they cleaned up and how well done everything was! You can trust this company to be fair and produce high quality work. I will use Bruno for any needs I may have in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE! And no, no one asked me to write this review, I truly just wanted to share my experience for a local business that deserves the praise! 🙂 Read Less

I needed to have my central air unit cleaned. A professional with many years of experience is recommended. The technician that came out has over over 30yrs experience and was (this is a plus) very friendly and gave me tips on things I can (myself) do to extend the life of the unit.
Professional job. No complaints. Will have back on the fall to service the furnace.
Very reasonable pricing. Do not feel overcharged. Definitely recommend this company.
