This is the first review I have ever posted and it’s because my experience was so amazing I HAD to let others know! If you are looking for reliable, professional, and exceptional quality work - go to Bruno! The owner, Tony, worked with me through a huge plumbing job in my basement, he came out personally to assess the project and even came up with a solution that was much cheaper than what we thought had to be done! He and his team were here for 2 days in a row, Tony communicated with me the entire time, explaining what he was doing and how the project was progressing. My basement is cleaner than what it was before Bruno plumbing came and dug up my basement floor! You would have no idea how complex the job was based on how well they cleaned up and how well done everything was! You can trust this company to be fair and produce high quality work. I will use Bruno for any needs I may have in the future and will recommend them to EVERYONE! And no, no one asked me to write this review, I truly just wanted to share my experience for a local business that deserves the praise! 🙂 Read Less

Couldn't more highly recommend. To make a very long story short, we needed all of the plumbing replaced in a home FAST so we could close on it. I read the reviews about Bruno that said they were great, but on the expensive side. We did get another quote from a local provider, and they were even a little more expensive. So, I don't know that the "more expensive" part is necessarily true at all. What I do know, is that they were OUTSTANDING. They got us quotes super fast, got us on the calendar super fast, and had amazing work completed within 2 days. They went above and beyond to be accommodating to our unique experience, explained everything they were doing, and more. Truly had a great experience and will be using them in the future. Read Less

Second great experience with this company this summer (2024). First was for a variety of elective plumbing repairs (outdoor hose bibs, leaking connection at washing machine, etc) and the second was a 5 year old heat pump not cooling for the second time this summer. First heat pump repair (with a different company) was expensive so wasn’t looking forward to another one. All techs (three different ones across both experiences) found and fixed issues quickly. Price was more than fair for both experiences…which is saying something in this economy. All pleasant to deal with! Highly recommend for whatever you need…plumbing or HVAC! Read Less

I needed to have my central air unit cleaned. A professional with many years of experience is recommended. The technician that came out has over over 30yrs experience and was (this is a plus) very friendly and gave me tips on things I can (myself) do to extend the life of the unit.
Professional job. No complaints. Will have back on the fall to service the furnace.
Very reasonable pricing. Do not feel overcharged. Definitely recommend this company.
